How to create a channel on WhatsApp Business

To create a channel on WhatsApp Business, follow these steps:

1. Open WhatsApp Business on your phone.
2. Go to the Updates tab.
3. Tap the + button and select New channel.
4. Tap Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Add a channel name and description.
6. Tap Create channel.

You can also customize your channel by adding a profile picture and cover photo.

Note: WhatsApp Channels is currently only available in some countries. If you don't see the Updates tab in your WhatsApp Business app, then the feature is not yet available in your region.
